The Hoisington Winter Jam basketball tournament will wrap up on Monday with three games, said Hoisington athletic director Craig Fletchall.
The Reno County Sabres Homeschool boys basketball team will play Minneapolis at 2 p.m., followed by the Ellsworth girls vs. the Ellinwood girls at 3:30 p.m. and the Ellsworth boys vs. Victoria at 5 p.m.
“Thank you all for your patience and understanding with this crazy weather change/schedule,” Fletchall said. “We looked at a lot of options, but we can’t play on Wednesdays and we host wrestling tournaments this coming weekend (next Friday and Saturday).
“Thus a handful of games Monday is now all we can do. I am sure there are some things we could have done differently. We will be looking at possible changes for next year’s tournament.”F
