Reed Earns 300th Career win as Bluejay Women take down Southwestern in Overtime

HILLSBORO, Kan. – Wednesday night marked yet another fantastic evening for KCAC basketball, as the Bluejay women played host to Southwestern. Head Women’s Basketball Coach Shawn Reed earned his 300th career victory in a nail-biting 66-60 overtime victory.

  • With the win, the Bluejays improve to 8-11 on the season and 6-7 in KCAC play

  • Tayton Smith dropped a team-high 22 points in the win and hauled in 16 total rebounds (seven offensive, nine defensive)
