NORTH NEWTON, Kan. – Wednesday evening marked another chapter in the historic rivalry between two Mennonite-affiliated schools in central Kansas, as Bluejay Women’s Basketball took on Bethel inside Thresher Gymnasium. The Bluejays’ bid to get back in the win column in the series was thwarted by a last-second three to push the Threshers in front and take the win.

- Lillie Veer led the Bluejays in scoring with 13 points, while Adrian Hazelwood and Tayton Smith each finished with 11 points to round out the team in double figures
