Isaiah Heredia sank a last-second 3-pointer Friday at the Salthawk Activity Center, and Buhler rallied to beat Hutchinson 65-64.
That capped a great game by Heredia, who finished with 21 points and hit five 3-pointers.
The Salthawks led after each of the first three quarters, but a 23-point fourth quarter propelled Buhler.
Lamar Govain led Hutchinson with a game-high 23 points. Larry Jeremiah Jr. added 19 points for the Salthawks, who fell to 0-4.
Hutchinson girls 55, Buhler 37 – Tenley Keeton sank half of Hutchinson’s six 3-pointers, and she finished with a game-high 15 points, leading the Salthawks to their second straight win.
Ava Krone added 14 points for the Salthawks, hitting all six of her free-throw attempts.
The Salthawks improved to 2-2 and will host Campus on Tuesday.
