Sterling College is proud to announce the prestigious postseason honors awarded to two of its outstanding volleyball athletes by the National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA). Aliya McClanahan and Keala Wilson have been recognized for their exceptional performances during the 2025 volleyball season.
In this year’s accolades, Aliya McClanahan has been named the NCCAA Central Region Player of the Year for the second consecutive year. Additionally, McClanahan has been selected for the First Team All-Region. Her impressive season statistics include being in the top 10 in the NCCAA in kills, with a total of 275 and an average of 2.78 kills per set. She also ranked in the top three in blocks, recording 135 blocks at an average of 1.36 per set, and placed in the top 10 in points, amassing 358.5 points at an average of 3.6 points per set.
Joining her with recognition from the NCCAA is Keala Wilson, who has been named to the Second Team All-Region. In her first season with the Lady Warriors, Wilson led the team in assists with 530, averaging 5.52 per set, and topped the squad in service aces with 26. Her contributions extended beyond playmaking, as she also tallied 93 kills, 68 blocks, and supported the defensive backcourt with 344 digs.
