NEWTON, Kan. — Prairie View, Inc. has launched a new Community Needs Assessment survey to better understand and address the behavioral health needs of residents across Harvey, Marion, and McPherson counties.
The survey, available in both English and Spanish, is open from October 27 through December 8, 2025, and invites community members to share their perspectives on mental health and substance use services. Input from residents, providers, civic leaders, and faith communities will help Prairie View strengthen access, coordination, and quality of care as part of its work as a Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC).
The brief, five-minute survey can be completed online at www.surveymonkey.com/r/PVNEEDS. All responses are anonymous, and findings will help guide future planning and funding priorities.
Community members, healthcare providers, civic leaders, and faith organizations are encouraged to participate and share the survey link to ensure broad representation across the region.
