Sophomore Darbie Wells shot a 10-over-par 46 on Monday, good enough for a second-place finish at the AVCTL Division 1 tournament at Carey Park Golf Course.
The Salthawks finished fourth at the nine-hole tournament with a 220. Maize South won the tournament with a 195.
Senior Hannah Marcum was the other Hutchinson player with a top-15 finish, as Marcum shot a 14-over-par 50.
