Liam McGuire scored two rushing touchdowns, and intercepted a pass as well, as the Cunningham freshman helped the Wildcats take down the Otis-Bison Cougars on Homecoming night in Cunningham, 46-0.
Brody Bock was a perfect 5 for 5 in kicking extra points.
Otis-Bison nearly got into the end zone right before halftime when sophomore Kolton Kory set up the Cougars with great field position after scooping up a blocked punt, but the Cunningham defense had a goalline stand with just 15 seconds left in the half.
The game ended with 8:15 left in the third quarter due to the 45-point mercy rule, after Cunningham scored their sixth unanswered touchdown of the night.
Next Friday, the Cunningham Wildcats will travel to Chase to take on the Kats, and the Otis-Bison Cougars will play host to the Tescott Trojans.
