McPHERSON, Kan. – The Central Christian College of Kansas Women’s Golf team will have a
representative at the NCCAA Golf National Championship this year. The tournament will take place in
Palm Coast, Florida on October 20th -22nd. Joellen Vogt from Central Christian College of Kansas qualified for the NCCAA National Championship after finishing tied for 4th in the NCCAA Central Region Championship.
Her scores of 81 and 83 across the two rounds of the Central Region Championship were good enough
to help her qualify to be the individual representative.
Joellen is a sophomore from Eudora, Kansas who transferred in from Barton County Community College
this year. She is majoring in Veterinary Medicine with plans of becoming a veterinarian.
