The Inman High School volleyball team swept matches from Marion and Berean Academy Tuesday night and improved to 13-7.
The Teutons defeated Marion 25-19, 22-25, 25-20 and Berean Academy 25-19, 25-10.
Inman hosts Sterling for two matches on Thursday and Moundridge for two matches on Tuesday.
In other volleyball matches Tuesday:
• The Buhler High School varsity and junior varsity volleyball teams both went 1-1 Tuesday night, winning against Augusta and falling short to Andale.
Both the varsity and JV teams will be back in action Saturday, along with the freshman team.
• The Halstead High School volleyball team defeated Hillsboro 25-23, 23-25, 25-23 and Nickerson 25-15, 25-19 Tuesday night. Nickerson lost to Hillsboro 25-14, 25-18.
The Nickerson JV finished 0-2 and C team finished 1-1.
The Nickerson Panthers are back in action on Saturday. The Panther varsity plays at Cheney in the Red and Blue Classic. The Nickerson JV plays at Pratt Saturday.
• The Sedgwick High School varsity volleyball team went 2-0 Tuesday night at Sedgwick.
The Cardinals defeated Hutchinson Trinity 25-18, 25-8 and Sterling 25-12, 25-22.
The Sedgwick junior varsity defeated Hutchinson Trinity 25-9, 25-15.
