
GREAT BEND, Kan. — The City of Great Bend and Sunflower Diversified Services are partnering up again for the City Wide Clean Up from October 18-26.
The eight-day clean up kicks off on Saturday, October 18, with Sunflower Diversified Services Recycling Center accepting items from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. The following day, hours shift from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. and will run from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. during the October 20-24 work week.
Sunflower Diversified Services will return to a 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule on Saturday, October 25, with the final day of cleanup operating from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. on October 26.
No tires, trash, construction waste or household hazardous waste will be accepted. A full list of accepted items is listed below.
