Nancy Jane Witham, 80, died February 2, 2026, at Hester Care Center, Hutchinson. Â She was born March 11, 1945, in Ottumwa, IA, to Troy and Margaret R. (Sutton) Riggins.
Nancy attended Hutchinson High School. Â She worked 40 years for Dillon Food Stores, retiring as a pharmacy technician. Â Nancy enjoyed watching television and working crossword puzzles.
On August 25, 1962, she married her high school sweetheart, Gary Alan Witham, in Hutchinson.
Nancy is survived by: Â her devoted husband of over 63 years, Gary Witham; son, Ray Witham; brother, David Riggins, all of Hutchinson; brother-in-law, Roger Witham (Diane) of Bandera, TX; grandchildren, Nicholas Welch (Christina), Jacob Welch (Beatrice), and Jamie Welch; and several great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Jodi Suzanne Welch.
Memorial service will be 10:00 a.m. Friday, February 6, 2026, at Elliott Chapel, with Pastor Matt Stafford officiating. Â Friends may sign her book from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday and Thursday at Elliott Mortuary.
