Joseph "Joey" Carl Saverino, Jr., Jr., 63, passed away on August 25, 2026 at in McPherson, KS.
Joseph was born on April 16, 1963 in McPherson, KS to parents Joseph Carl Saverino and Antonia (Hausfelder) Madden.
Joey attended St. Joseph's Catholic School, McPherson Junior High, and graduated from McPherson High School, McPherson, Kansas in 1981.
He was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in McPherson.
Through the years Joey worked Farmland Industries in the warehouse, Chem Star Mfg. in the warehouse, McPherson Processing Company as a butcher and Johns Manville as a IP.
Joey enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, fishing, walking and taking care of himself.
He is survived by his half-sisters Betty Ensminger and Kay Dobbins, both of McPherson, Kansas.
Joey was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Saverino Sr. and Antonie "Toni" Ulrey; two baby sisters, and a brother, Michael Saverino.
Graveside service will be at a later date at McPherson Cemetery, McPherson, KS.
