1936-2026
Frances Jeanette Marlow Blevins was born October 25, 1936, and was called home to be with her Lord and Savior on March 31, 2026, at age 89.
Frances retired from Dr. Jim McClaren’s office where she started as a receptionist and moved up to office manager after 17 years of employment.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Curtis and Mary Marlow; her husband, Floyd Lee Blevins “Jack”; son, Curtis Ray Blevins “Curt”; and son-in-law, Stephen Lindsey White Jr. “Steve”.
She is survived by: son, Ronald Blevins and wife LeJean of Wichita; daughter, Connie White late husband Steve White of Wichita; daughter-in-law, Cindy Blevins late son Curt Blevins of Hutchinson; four grandchildren, Austin Blevins and wife Tiffany, Brooke Sills and husband Wes, Brandon Blevins, Brady Blevins and husband David; and eight great-grandchildren, A.J., Bella, Kaden, Gracie, Kylee, Sadie, Ashtyn and Kenna Jo.
Funeral service will be Friday, April 10, 2026, Elliott Mortuary Chapel at 11 a.m., 1219 N. Main St. Hutchinson, KS 67501. Graveside services at Memorial Park Cemetery immediately following.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Frances’s memory may be made to Heartland Hospice, 2872 N. Ridge Rd. #122, Wichita, KS 67205.
Frances loved her family and friends beyond measure. Her friends at Andover Court became part of her family. We are comforted to know she was carried to her forever home by angels and is resting in the arms of Jesus.
