Bartlesville, Okla. – The Bethany College Swedes Wrestling team opened conference play in Bartlesville, Okla. to face the Oklahoma Wesleyan University Eagles in some duals.
Arnez Woods was the highlight for the Swedes as he would his first collegiate match over Bryan Ayala due to injury, but was leading at the time the match was called. Woods later wrestled in an exhibition match with Blake Velotta and won via technical fall (16-1). Jordan Barrientez also won six points for the Swedes via forfeit. The Swedes would fall 44-12.
