McPherson, Kan. – The Central Christian Women’s Volleyball team took on the Southwestern Christian University Eagles last night at home. The Tigers had previously beaten them in Oklahoma for their first conference win of the season and looked to get the same result.

The Tigers dropped the first set by a score of 25-16 as they fell behind big early and could not recover. The Tigers played better in the 2nd set and had a late 23-21 lead but surrendered 4 straight points to the eagles to drop the set 25-23.

Set 3 was a must win for the Tigers to keep the match going and was an intense back and forth battle.
