Kearney, Neb. – The Bethany College Swedes Wrestling team competed in the Younes Hospitality Open this weekend. The tournament features north of 50 teams ranging from Division I to NAIA and NJCAA. There were more than 500 wrestlers competing in this tournament.
Both Cabel Boggus and Angel Locust wrestled two junior college wrestlers each, but were unable to nab a victory. Ali Dorisca took on a junior college wrestler and a NAIA wrestlers, but was also unable to snatch a victory.

The Swedes will get a bit of a break to go home and spend some time with family before returning to the mat to compete in the Conner Openheim Open hosted by Doane University. The tournament is scheduled for Saturday, December 6, at 9:00 AM.
