Swede Men’s Soccer Fall to Ottawa in Tough Night at Home

Lindsborg, Kan. – The Bethany College Swedes Men’s Soccer team faced a difficult matchup on Saturday night against a nationally ranked Ottawa University side, falling 12–0 at the Coach Ted Kessinger Family Stadium.

The Braves showed their quality from the start, taking full control of the match and scoring six goals in each half. Despite the challenging conditions, including heavy wind in the first half, the Swedes fought hard and managed to create a few dangerous moments, but were ultimately outplayed by a superior opponent.

Bethany recorded five total shots in the game, showing moments of effort and resilience despite the scoreline.
