HILLSBORO, Kan. – The beautiful weather carried into Tuesday as Tabor College Baseball played host to McPherson in the second meeting of the mid-week series between the two teams this season.

- With the win, the Bluejays improve to 16-18 on the season and 12-10 in KCAC play
- Tuesday’s game marked the 52nd all-time meeting between the two programs, dating back to 2011 when McPherson began sponsoring baseball at the varsity level
- Tabor owns a 40-12 record in the all-time series
NOTABLE PERFORMANCES
- The Bluejays had a monster 4th inning, scoring a whopping 16 runs
- Jared Mack and Eric Calder each recorded a team-high four RBIs in the win
- Mack, Cole Schieffer, and Robert Diaz each had extra base hits, with Mack hitting two doubles, Schieffer hitting one double, and Diaz hitting a triple
- Schieffer, Easton Norris, Jack Kiser, and Trace Kopper each stole a base in the win
- Baron Lynch earned the win on the mound, striking out a team-high five batters, while Brayden Berens and Braden Manning each threw three strikeouts
- Manning earned a save for his efforts

- The Bluejays will head down to Wichita on Friday to open up their weekend series at Friends. First pitch on Friday is scheduled for 4:00pm.
