The McPherson Middle Schoolers Girls Basketball returned to the hardwood on Monday, where both 7th and 8th grade A Teams remain undefeated, and the 7th grade B Team would collect another win to add to their total this season.
The 8th Grade A team would defeat Maize South 40-12. Head Coach Heidi Ricke said how proud of the girls she was saying, “This was a fun game to be a part of. It was our first game where everything just came together and clicked.”

In the 8th Grade B Team Game, the Pups would fall 13-4, playing just two quarters, as Rylee Holt led with 3 points, and MacKayle Woltje added the fourth point.
In the 7th Grade A Team Game, the Pups would defeat Newton 42-8. “A solid defensive effort again.” said Head Coach Matt Sandbo, adding, “We did a really nice job getting to loose balls and pitching the ball ahead to open teammates.”

In the 7th Grade B Team Game, the Pups defeated Newton 27-14. Sandbo said, “It was a nice effort from these girls. They’re getting better at some things and continue to work hard.”
