ENID, Okla. — The Hesston College men’s golf team placed 10th out of 18 teams at the Oakwood Intercollegiate, hosted by Dodge City Community College at Oakwood Country Club in Enid, Oklahoma.
The Larks finished the tournament with a team score of +62, shooting +32 in round one, improving with a +10 in round two and finishing with a +20 in the final round.
Hugo Soubran (Fr., Bayonne, France) led the Larks with a 42nd-place finish, posting a +14 tournament score. Max Laser Edin (Fr., Stockholm, Sweden) and Sondre Einarsrud (Fr., Holter, Norway) both finished tied for 50th place with a +16 score.
Kory Meireis (Fr., Kingman, Kan.) finished in 63rd place with a +20 score, and Max Albertsson (Fr., Borlänge, Sweden) placed 76th with a +23 score.
The Larks will return to action April 6–7 when Hesston College hosts the Lark Invitational at Terradyne Country Club in Andover, Kansas.
