NORTH NEWTON, Kan. – The Hesston College cross country team competed in the annual Muthama-Rogers hosted by Bethel College on Saturday (Sep. 13). The men’s team finished 10th out of 12 teams in the 8k race with an average time of 31:25.
Jonah Krumme led the Larks with a time of 29:49.4 which was good for 57th place. Ethan Thompson was next with a time of 30:17.1 in 70th place. Nathan Lewis finished next with a 31:14.8 for 86th place.
On the women’s side, Arissa Cathey turned in a 66th place finish with a time of 24:09.3 in her first 5k of the year.
The Larks will be back in action on Sept. 26th as they compete in the Cowboy Jamboree in Stillwater, Okla. hosted by Oklahoma State
