McPHERSON, Kan. – After a little over a week of rest and preparation, Head Coach Shawn Reed had his squad back in action Wednesday evening as the Lady Bluejays made the short trip down the road to take on Highway 56 rival McPherson.

NOTABLE PERFORMANCES
- Tayton Smith led the way offensively with 13 points
- Lillie Veer and Kaylee Kauffman contributed 11 points each to round out the team in double figures
- Smith had a monster night on the glass, hauling in 21 total boards (five offensive, 16 defensive) and recording three blocks
- Hailey Contreras shared the love, dishing out four assists, and snatching the ball away four times on the other end
- The Bluejays held the Bulldogs to just 15 points in the first half, and five in the second quarter
