Bluejay Men ready for Senior Day matchup with Bethel

HILLSBORO, Kan. – The KCAC Men’s Basketball season culminates on Saturday as the Bluejay men play host to Avila on Senior Night.

LAST TIME OUT

  • Fell to Bethel at home on Wednesday, 105-82
  • Marque Wilkerson led the Bluejays offensively with 17 points, while Jake Weaver also finished in double figures with 14 points of his own
  • Weaver hauled in a team-high six rebounds (one offensive, five defensive)
  • Wilkerson played unselfish basketball, dishing out seven assists
  • The Bluejays shot 51.7% (31-60) from the field, 43.8% (7-16) from downtown, and 65.0% (13-20) from the free throw line

  • Last met on December 13th in Kansas City, Mo.
  • Avila came out on top, 101-82
  • Gio Mack scored a team-high 26 points for Avila, while Wilkerson scored a team-high 20 points for Tabor
