SAN ANTONIO, Texas – Tabor College Baseball took a trip down to San Antonio, Texas over the weekend to take on a pair of strong baseball programs from the Sooner Athletic Conference and the Red River Athletic Conference. The Bluejays returned to action on Sunday to take on Wayland Baptist in a neutral site doubleheader following a disappointing trip to Shreveport a week ago.

GAME NOTES
- With the loss, Tabor falls to 0-3 on the season
- The game marks the 12th all-time matchup between the two programs, dating back to 2016
- Wayland Baptist pulled closer in the all-time series, 7-5
NOTABLE PERFORMANCES
- Jared Mack led the team offensively with two hits, two runs, and one RBI (run batted in), while reaching the bases once courtesy of a walk
- Jack Kiser walked three times and accounted for one of Tabor’s runs
- Eric Calder, Cole Schieffer, Dellen Claassen, and Ethan Crawford also recorded hits in the loss
- Schieffer and Crawford each recorded two RBIs, while Claassen also recorded one of his own
- Claassen (2) and Schieffer (1) each stole bases in the loss
- Wyatt Bauer, Ben Laird, and Jorge Rijo each recorded one strikeout on the day
