McPHERSON, Kan. — McPherson City Commissioners Tuesday will be hearing a crime analysis presentation from US Air Force Captain Victoria Curtis, who has been working with the Police Department for the past few months.
During the 8:30 a.m. meeting at the Municipal Center, Commissioners will consider renewal of a medical director contract for the Fire Department, purchase of an air compressor for the Street Department, a rebuild of centrifuge feed pumps for the Wastewater Treatment Plant, tree removal on the North Elm reconstruction, several event requests and a beer license renewal.
The Commission will also deal with personnel items, hear project updates, and a report on the McPherson Fire Department’s involvement in water rescues as part of last week’s flooding in southern and eastern Kansas.
The Commission will also have budget work sessions Tuesday at 9 a.m. and Wednesday at 1.
