An Enterprise man was arrested Thursday on multiple child sex crime charges.

Based on a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, Dickinson County Sheriff’s Deputies executed a search warrant in April at a home in the 500 block of North Court. From that, Ryan Matthew Roth was arrested on a warrant charging 14 counts of aggravated internet trading of child pornography and 18 sexual exploitations of a child.

Four of the internet trading counts involved children under the age of 14, which is an off-grid felony under Kansas law calling for a life sentence without parole for at least 25 years if he is convicted, along with mandatory electronic monitoring for life.

Ryan, who made his initial court appearance Friday, is being held in the Dickinson County Jail on a $250,000 bond which court documents indicated was increased from what was stated on the original warrant. He’s scheduled back in court September 25th and has been appointed legal counsel.
