GREAT BEND, Kan. — Please be advised that with the impending weather, the City of Great Bend is kindly asking individuals to not park on the street that live on:
- Broadway between Main Street and Cherry Lane
- 24th Street between Main Street and McKinley
The City is trying a new approach to snow removal in these areas with the hope this will allow crews to clear snow more effectively and safely. The hope is that this will minimize the amount of driveways that will be blocked due to our removal efforts. As is during the main operations of removal, city crews will not be opening driveways. The City appreciates your cooperation in keeping our streets clear and safe.
Please be attentive as crew members work in the clearing of snow and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and would like to thank you again for your patience.
