GREAT BEND, Kan. — The 2025 Grow Workforce Business & Career Expo will be held Wednesday, April 16, from 4:00 to 6:30 PM at the Great Bend Events Center (3111 10th Street). The event is free to attend and open to job seekers of all ages and experience levels, including students, career changers, and seasoned professionals.
Dozens of local employers and resource providers will be on-site, with some conducting on-the-spot interviews. Attendees can explore job openings, connect with businesses, and enter to win prizes by visiting participating booths.
Hosted by the Grow Workforce Partnership—a collaboration of Great Bend Economic Development, the Great Bend Chamber of Commerce, KansasWorks, Barton Community College, and local HR leaders—this event is designed to strengthen the regional workforce and support future growth.
