HUMBOLDT, Kan. — Starting Monday, the Kansas Department of Transportation plans to begin a field Survey to gather information for a proposed pavement rehabilitation project on US 169 south of Humboldt.
The survey will begin at 1150 Road and go north 3 ½ miles, ending a half mile north of Connecticut Road.
During the survey work a member of the crew will contact property owners or tenants for permission to enter private property as part of the process of determining locations of existing features within the corridor.
The survey is expected to be complete by March.
