HUTCHINSON, Kan. — Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR) will begin repairing tracks at Ave D and Main Street starting at 7:00 AM on July 11th, 2024. Main Street will be closed to traffic from July 11th until the repairs are finished.
Main Street is expected to reopen by 5:00 PM on July 17th, 2024, depending on the weather and any unexpected issues.
During the closure, a detour will be in place. Drivers should use Ave F to get to Adam’s Street and return via Ave A.
