HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The City of Hutchinson announced that starting Thursday, March 13, the intersection of Avenue F and Main Street will transition from a two-way stop to an all-way stop due to ongoing construction work on Woodie Seat. There will also be lane reductions on Main Street.
The City asks the public for patience and cooperation as it works to enhance safety and convenience for all road users during the construction period.
