HUTCHINSON, Kan. — In an ongoing commitment to improving River Banks Orchard Park and ensuring the safety of the community, the City of Hutchinson is pleased to announce the installation of new speed bumps throughout the park as of today.
This addition complements the recently implemented security cameras, reinforcing the City’s dedication to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all park visitors. The new speed bumps are strategically placed to slow down traffic, enhancing safety for pedestrians, particularly children and families who frequent this beloved community space.
The park remains open daily from 5:00 AM to 12:00 AM, providing ample time for visitors to enjoy its facilities. We ask all guests to respect these new measures and adhere to the posted speed limits. By doing so, you contribute to a safer, more enjoyable experience for everyone.
