HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The City of Hutchinson announces that beginning at 5:00 PM today, the railroad tracks at Avenue D and Main Street will be open with temporary lane restrictions in place due to ongoing water main repair work.
To facilitate necessary repairs, traffic will be limited to one lane in each direction until the completion of the project. Full restoration of all lanes is anticipated by Wednesday, July 24. Motorists are advised to plan for potential delays and consider alternative routes if possible.
The City staff appreciates the patience and understanding of residents and commuters as they work to ensure infrastructure reliability and safety.
