HUTCHINSON, Kan. — On Jan. 29, 2025, at 4:19 a.m., officers with Hutchinson Police Department were dispatched to an address on East 2nd Avenue for a battery in progress. Timothy W. Bohannan, 38 YOA of Hutchinson, was taken into custody on scene. During the investigation probable cause was established for an arrest. Bohannan was transported to the Reno County Correctional Facility and booked on one count of Attempted Second Degree Murder.
