The Frontier Extension District will host a meeting on Wednesday, April 8 at 6 p.m. focused on proper young tree care, including live demonstrations of tree planting and pruning techniques.

The workshop will feature Kansas Forest Service Community Foresters, Kody Kraemer and Blaine Stroble. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. at City Hall (730 Topeka Ave, Lyndon, KS 66451) for planting and pruning demonstrations and then move to Community Center (205 W 10th St, Lyndon, KS 66451) for a presentation by the foresters and snacks.

This workshop is designed for homeowners, landowners, city or landscape employees, and anyone who simply loves trees. Join us to learn from knowledgeable professionals and take part in this fun pre–Arbor Day celebration.
