This is a HYROX-inspired functional fitness race designed for everyday athletes who want to test their endurance, strength and grit in a fun, competitive environment. The format: 800-meter run. One fitness station. Repeated for eight rounds. The eight stations will include: SkiErg, Sled push, Sled drag, Burpee broad jumps, Rowing, Farmer’s carry, Lunges, Wall balls, Race as an individual or with a partner in Open or Pro divisions.
