The Hutchinson Farm & Poultry Market will be held on Saturday, May 2, 2026, at the Poultry Building at the Kansas State Fairgrounds in Hutchinson.
Auctioning of poultry, chicks, rabbits, quail, peafowl, turkeys, ducks, geese, pheasants, pigeons and hatching eggs in an organized marketplace designed for farmers, breeders, homesteaders, and small livestock enthusiasts.
