LINDSBORG, Kan. (BethanySwedes.com) – The Bethany College Wrestling team began their season with duels against Benedictine College, Cloud Community College, Hastings College, and William Wood University.
Unfortunately for the Swedes, they would see themselves fall to all rivals as a team. Despite not finishing strongly as a team, a few individuals were able to come away with wins. Tristan Vande Velde was able to win duels against 3 of the 4 rivals on the day while David Bowerman and Warrezi Mitchell also were able to receive some points for the Swedes.
