WICHITA, Kan. (MacBulldogs.com) — For the third time this season, Raegan Murphy has been named KCAC Setter of the Week, following her outstanding performance on Senior Day against Saint Mary, the league announced Monday (Nov. 4).
“Raegan set very well on her senior day,” head coach Cory Cahill said. “Her hitters were efficient and effective. I’m so proud of her being recognized for her hard work.”
The Whitehall, Mich., native finished with 6.5 assists per set to help power the Bulldogs to a 3-1 win over Saint Mary. Her 26 assists led the Bulldogs, and she was helpful on the defensive side, finishing with six digs.
Murphy and the Bulldogs wrap up the regular season this week with a pair of road games, traveling to Tabor College on Wednesday (Nov. 6) before making a trip to Kansas City to take on Avila University.
