LINDSBORG, KAN. (BethanySwedes.com) – The Swedes played host to the Southwestern College Moundbuilders for Senior Night in Hahn Gymnasium.
The first half was electric as Maurice Cudjo II would score 13 of his 20 points, Senior Ty Eugene would hit two lead-altering 3-pointers, and Senior Kobe Samake Krajnc would slam home a disgusting dunk that would make ESPN Top-10 plays.
The second half featured Senior Bryant Jefferson hitting his first career 3-pointer resulting in him shooting 50% from downtown for the season. Although the Moundbuilders took this one 75-58, the Swedes have nothing to hang their heads about as they gave it their all on the court for the last night of the season.
Cudjo would lead Bethany in scoring, assists, and steals with 20 points, 5 assists and 3 steals. Ty Eugene would pour in an additional 15 points, 3 rebounds, 1 assist, 1 steal, and 1 block. Jamal Frenchwood would rack up 7 rebounds while Samake Krajnc finished with 2 blocks.
This marks the end of the season for the Swedes.
