Oklahoma City, Okla. (ccctigers.com) – For his exploits on the pitch last week, Central Christian College’s Drew Schrader was named the Sooner Athletic Conference Oklahoma Ford Offensive Player of the week.
Schrader had another big game for the Tigers on Friday night in a 10-2 romp over the Ecclesia College Royals. Schrader tallied 5 points on a goal and three assists in helping the Tigers stay unbeaten this season. It was the second game in a row in which Schrader dished out three assists.
Schrader and the Tigers are now 4-0-2 on the season. They will open SAC conference play next week on Tuesday, hosting Mid-America Christian University, who is ranked no.2 in the latest NAIA top 25 Coaches Poll.
