The Hutchinson High volleyball team increased its winning streak to four matches on Tuesday with a pair of AVCTL Division 1 wins at a Valley Center triangular.
The Salthawks first swept Derby 25-14, 25-14, and then they knocked off Valley Center 25-22, 25-21.
The Salthawks have won their last four matches and improved to 14-7 overall and 8-0 in conference play. The Salthawks are fifth in the Class 5A West Substate standings, 0.17 percentage points behind Hays for fourth place. The top four teams will host a substate.
