HUTCHINSON, Kan. — The Hutchinson High boys soccer team played another entertaining game Thursday at the Salthawk Sports Complex, tying Andover Central 2-2.
The tie moved Hutchinson’s record to 1-2-1. In the four games played, the Salthawks have scored 10 goals and scored at least twice in every game..
The game was scoreless at halftime before each team scored twice in the second half. The game went to overtime, but neither team scored in the additional 20 minutes.
Andover Central also is now 1-2-1. The Jaguars have, like Hutch, played a rugged early schedule that included an impressive 2-1 win over Wichita Trinity.
The Salthawks will next play on Tuesday at Newton.
