McPHERSON, Kan. – The McPherson Collegiate Cup soccer doubleheader on Tuesday, Sept. 9, will now be played at McPherson Stadium at Paul Family Field following Monday’s downpour.
McPherson College released a statement on social media Monday evening, stating that the doubleheader will be rescheduled due to the torrential weather conditions that occurred on Monday, Sept. 8. The women’s game will now kick off at 6:30 p.m., followed by the men’s game, which is expected to start at approximately 9:00 p.m.
The doubleheader will still be broadcast as part of Ad Astra Radio’s coverage of the McPherson Collegiate Cup on 98.9/1540 KMCP, and will stream live on the Ad Astra Radio app. Pregame coverage will begin at 6:15 p.m.
