The Larned girls basketball team and the Haven boys triumphed in Central Kansas League play Tuesday night at the Larned High School gymnasium.
The Larned girls won 50-26 and the Haven boys won 54-25.
In the varsity girls game, Larned jumped out to a 16-7 lead in the first quarter, led at halftime 22-10 and led 33-17 after three quarters. Larned outscored Haven 17-9 in the fourth quarter.
Jadyn Crosby (19) and Lauren Sieder (17) scored 36 of Larned’s 50 points.
Avery Brawner scored 15 of Haven’s26 points.
The Haven boys led 7-4 at the end of the first quarter, 25-12 at halftime and 46-18 after three quarters. Haven outscored Larned 8-7 in the fourth quarter.
The Haven boys (11-11) placed three players in double figures and nearly four. Cole Brawner led the Wildcats with 14 points, Logan Jacques 11, Brogan Wray 10 and Devin Boice 9.
Grady Pinkston led Larned with 9 points.
Haven plays at Hesston Friday and Larned plays at Hoisington.
