HESSTON, Kan. (GoNeosho.com) – The Neosho Panthers had five players finish in double figures, and ran away with a win, beating the Hesston Larks 107-47.
Hesston had no answer for Neosho Panther guards Audrey Hendrix and Tiara Hozumi, as the two combined for 40 of the Panther’s points. Neosho out-rebounded the Larks 55-38, led by Jaida Harris‘s 14 rebounds.
Audrey Hendrix led the team in scoring with 25 points, 4 rebounds, and 6 steals. Tiara Hozumi had 15 points, 10 assists, and 9 steals, one steal away from recording her first triple-double. Jaida Harris had 12 points and 14 rebounds, recording her first double-double of the season. Chloe Parker had 11 points and 8 rebounds. Divine Brown chipped in 10 points and had 7 rebounds.
The Panthers will be at home on Saturday, February 1st as they take on the Kansas City Community College Blue Devils. The game is set to tip at 2:00 PM.
