The Hutchinson Trinity High School junior varsity boys golf team captured first place at the nine-hole St. John JV Tournament Thursday on the par-35 Stafford County Country Club course.
Trinity posted a 181 score, followed by Minneola JV 190, Medicine Lodge 224, Lyons 242, St. John-Hudson 245, Minneola A 247 and Kinsley 253.
Trinity’s Dean Nelson placed second with a 42, followed by Ronan Hogan fourth with a 44, Augustine Bell sixth with a 45 and Sam Madden 12th with a 50.
Minneola’s Cash Lang captured first-place individual medalist honors with a 41 score.
