ENID, Okla. (HCLarks.com) – The Hesston College men’s basketball team fell to Northern Oklahoma College-Enid in a tough battle that ended 83-65. The Larks trailed by only five at the half (43-38), but struggled in the second half, scoring only 27 points to the Jets’ 40.
Hesston College was led by Jammial Hicks, who put up an impressive 18 points, including four three-pointers. John Probey added 13 points and five rebounds, while Brycten Harris contributed nine points off the bench. Trent Thompson showed efficiency, scoring nine points on 4-of-5 shooting. Defensively, Hesston tallied six blocks, led by Terryon Stebbins and John Probey with two apiece, and six steals.
The Larks will be back in action on Saturday (November 23) as they travel to Kansas City, Mo. to take on Metropolitan Community College at 4 p.m.
