Hutchinson Central Christian 50, Fairfield 0

The Hutchinson Central Christian Cougars shut out the Fairfield Falcons 50-0 at home in a game that ended early in the third quarter on the 45-point rule.

The Cougars will play at home next Friday against St. Paul. Kickoff is 7 p.m.

Fairfield hosts Argonia-Attica next Friday night.

Haven 31, Douglass 20

The Haven Wildcats defeated Douglass 31-20 Friday night at Haven

Haven will travel to Garden Plain next Friday.

Hillsboro 22, Halstead 13

The Hillsboro Trojans rallied from a 13-6 deficit to defeat the Halstead Dragons 22-13 Friday night at Halstead.

Hillsboro led 6-0 after one quarter. Halstead led 13-6 at halftime and at the end of the third quarter. Hillsboro outscored 16-0 in the fourth quarter.

Halstead’s Edric Zorn caught a 24-yard TD pass from Daniel Whillock in the second quarter and Carlos Martinez kicked field goals of 32 and 35 yards for a 13-6 halftime lead.

Halstead will host Minneapolis next Friday.

Inman 54, Remington 0

The Inman Teutons rolled to a 54-0 victory over the Remington Broncos on Homecoming Night Friday at Inman.

Inman led at halftime 38-0. The teams agreed to a running clock in the second half and the Teutons outscored the Broncos 16-0.

Inman will play at Marion next Friday.

Sterling 43, Ellinwood 8

The Sterling Black Bears improved to 4-0 by overpowering Ellinwood 43-8 Friday night at Ellinwood.

The score at halftime was 36-0.

Sterling senior Zane Farney passed 5,000 career rushing yards. Farney carried the ball 12 times for 125 yards against Ellinwood and three TDs in just a little more than two quarters.

On defense, Farney forced a fumble, recovered two fumbles and intercepted a pass

Sterling will host Medicine Lodge next Friday.

Victoria 54, Pretty Prairie 0

The Victoria Knights downed Pretty Prairie 54-0 Friday night at Victoria.

The game ended early on the 45-point rule.

Pretty Prairie will travel to Norwich next Friday.

Little River 52, Goessel 6

The Little River Redskins defeated the Goessel Bluebirds 52-6 Friday night at Goessel.

The game ended in the second quarter on the 45-point rule.
